Maureen T. Margolis has been photographing children for more than 25 years. Her diverse background has enabled her to grow professionally and creatively throughout the years.

As manager for a large photography company-which included 2 photo labs, 3 portrait studios and a large wedding showroom on Long Island for 15 years-Maureen acquired a keen eye for color and lighting. She was also responsible for overseeing production and printing of all orders and staff development through extensive training.

The National Photographer Association recognized her work.

In 1998, Maureen opened her first studio, so she could apply her passion and creativity to the art of photography in a more personal setting. This included an atmosphere where clients could relax and truly enjoy the process of a photo session, knowing a relaxed client will shine through her lens at their best.

As a mother of two, Maureen knows her clients’ lives are active. Her studio schedule is flexible to accommodate her clients' needs.

Life, Art, and Memories are of the utmost importance to Maureen.  When traveling, Maureen spends hours with nature, people, sunsets, and lightning storms, capturing the freedom of a sea gull or the tenderness of sisters.
